1. What is SupaDupa

SupaDupa is a template package for OpenClaw containing configuration files, agent definitions (SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, USER.md files), and documentation. It is not a hosted service.

2. What Data We Collect

When you purchase SupaDupa, we collect:

  • Email address (for purchase confirmation and updates)
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)
  • IP address and purchase timestamp (for fraud prevention)

We do not collect:

  • Any data about how you use the agents
  • Content generated by the agents
  • Messages sent to or from the agents
  • Code written by the agents

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to:

  • Process your purchase
  • Deliver the Product to you
  • Send important updates about the Product
  • Provide customer support

We will never sell your data or use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

4. Data Storage

Your purchase information is stored securely by our payment processor (Creem) and delivery platform (Creem). We do not maintain a separate database of customer information. Their privacy policy is available here

5. OpenClaw and Third Parties

SupaDupa is a template for OpenClaw. When you use SupaDupa:

  • Your data is processed by OpenClaw according to their privacy policy
  • Your data is processed by your chosen AI model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Your data is processed by your chosen communication channels (Slack, Discord, etc.)

We have no access to and cannot see any of your conversations, code, or data processed through OpenClaw.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Unsubscribe from update emails at any time

7. Cookies

Our marketing website (supadupa.dev) may use minimal cookies for analytics and functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
