1. Overview

SupaDupa is a multi-agent template for OpenClaw. By purchasing and using SupaDupa, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the SupaDupa agent templates, configuration files, documentation, and any associated materials (collectively, the "Product").

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the Product for personal or commercial projects
  • Modify the Product to fit your needs
  • Use the Product across multiple projects you own

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the Product as-is
  • Create competing products based on SupaDupa
  • Share your purchase with other individuals or organizations
  • Remove or alter copyright notices

3. Requirements

SupaDupa requires OpenClaw to function. You are responsible for:

  • Purchasing and maintaining your own OpenClaw license
  • Configuring and securing your OpenClaw installation
  • All costs associated with running OpenClaw (API calls, compute, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with OpenClaw's terms of service

4. Refunds

In case you need a refund, please email us at support@supadupa.pro. We respond within 3 business days of your request.

5. Updates

Purchasers receive lifetime updates to the Product. Updates include bug fixes, documentation improvements, and feature enhancements. We do not guarantee any specific timeline for updates.

6. Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The agents will perform specific tasks to your satisfaction
  • The generated code will be bug-free or secure
  • The Product will be compatible with all versions of OpenClaw
  • The agents will not produce incorrect or harmful outputs

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs from the agents before using them in production.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
